Refund & Returns

We will be happy to offer you an refund within 30 days of purchase. However, please note that items purchased in the sale or with a promotion code maybe non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.
Products purchased online must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. Products purchased online cannot currently be returned at Crisella Boutiques and counters.

Processing your Refund

Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 72 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.

International Returns Procedure

If for any reason you wish to exchange or return an item purchased online to us, please follow the steps below:
1. Complete your Refund/Returns Form on the back on your delivery note.

2. Send your goods, including original packaging to the address below. We recommend returns are sent using a tracked service.

It is important to ensure that you state you are ‘returning to seller’ in the reason for export field on your postage label.
Please note that you only need to return the items you wish to exchange or receivea refund for.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is missing or damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible with your order confirmation number to hand.

Crisella cannot accept responsibility for items returned to us without a completed Refund/Returns Form or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of international returns.
